no charges whilst your property has void/empty

We offer two main packages for prospective landlords: -
1. 'Tenant Finding Service'
2. 'Full Property Management Service'- management fees from 8 %
to 11.5 % + VAT - dependant on size of portfolio.

* Accompanied property viewings where Transport is
provided.
* Preparation of Private Residentail Tenancy
Agreements, Tenant Referencing, In & Out Going Inventory
Checks, Pre Tenancy Checks, Portable Appliance Checks, Yearly
Accounts Maintenance, Tenancy Inspections, Organising Repairs and
Routine Maintenance, Termination of Tenancy and Re advertising of
your property.
* Transfer of all Utilities and Council Tax
* HMO licensing application to registration with
NO added managment Fees
* Insurance Work and Property Upgrades.
* Free registration of deposits
with the Tenancy Deposit Schemes.
* Ensure Landlords comply and maintain their
Legislative Requirements
* Optional Preparation of owners Tax returns &
